FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Using Real-World Data to Support Drug Regulatory Decisions

The FDA has published a draft guidance document outlining considerations for using real-world data from registries to inform regulatory decisions on drug effectiveness and safety, as part of its Real-World Evidence Program and in response to the FD&C Act mandate.
