US Court Affirms APHIS' Cost Methodology for Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection Fees

A US District Court has upheld the US Department of Agriculture's (USDA) cost methodology and data for its Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection (AQI) program fee structures, which were challenged by the Air Transport Association of America, Inc. and the International Air Transport Association in a 2016 lawsuit.
