USDA Proposes Revision to Carrot Standards to Include More Color Varieties

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to revise three US carrot standards to include more color varieties, including non-orange carrots, and to remove an existing section, while keeping the current top grades unchanged.
