USDA Forest Service Revises Regulations for Conveyance of Small Tracts

The USDA Forest Service is revising regulations to implement changes to the Small Tracts Act, enacted in the 2018 Farm Bill, allowing for the conveyance of certain parcels of land outside the National Forest System, with the goal of resolving property conflicts and reducing management burdens.
