FSIS Announces New Information Collection for Laboratory Assessment Requests

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is requesting additional information from laboratories testing food samples during illness outbreaks, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB regulations, with a total estimated burden of 22.5 hours.
