Notification of Direct Loan Payment Deferrals for the Community Facilities Direct Loan Program

The Rural Housing Service will temporarily allow borrowers with direct loans in the Community Facilities Program to request payment deferrals due to COVID-19 pandemic-related cash flow issues. Borrowers can defer principal and interest payments for up to one year on a case-by-case basis.
