USDA Issues Final Rule for Biorefinery Assistance Program

The USDA's Rural Development agency is issuing a final rule for the Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical, and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance Program, which incorporates changes from the 2018 Farm Bill and addresses public comments. The rule updates the program's definition and incorporates changes from a 2015 interim rule.
