USDA Announces Application Deadlines and Requirements for 313A Guarantees for FY 2020 Utility Infrastructure Loans

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is now accepting applications for $750 million in loan funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 under the 313A Program, which supports utility infrastructure loans, as authorized by the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 and the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018.
