USDA Announces Request for Extension of Approval for Avian Flu Regulations

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is seeking an extension of approval for regulations aimed at preventing the introduction of highly pathogenic avian influenza and Newcastle disease through the importation of birds, poultry, and unprocessed products, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
