National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Hold Virtual Meeting

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is hosting a virtual meeting of the National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to discuss steps to improve control of certain fermented meat products and the testing of boxed beef products for E. coli.
