Implementation of Certain Provisions of Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 Specific to Persistent Poverty Counties

The US Department of Agriculture has announced the implementation of provisions from the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020, which targets persistent poverty counties served by the Rural Business-Cooperative Service, Rural Housing Service, and Rural Utilities Service, as part of the USDA's Rural Development mission area.
