USDA to Hold Referendum on Paper and Paper-Based Packaging Regulations

The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) will conduct a referendum among eligible paper and paper-based packaging manufacturers and importers to determine if they support continuing the national research and promotion program for the industry.
