Rural Housing Service Proposes Changes to Rental Assistance Program Regulation

The Rural Housing Service is proposing changes to its regulation to improve the management of the Rental Assistance program, including new asset management policies and increased flexibility in distributing RA funds, with the goal of more efficiently utilizing the program and improving asset management in its Direct Loan portfolio.
