BPA to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Power Rate Adjustments for FY 2012-2013

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is holding a public hearing to review and comment on proposed power rate adjustments for the fiscal year 2012-2013, as required by the Northwest Power Act. The proposed rates aim to ensure that BPA's costs, including the amortization of the Federal Columbia River Power System, are recovered in accordance with sound business principles.
