USDA Proposes Changes to Pears Handling Regulation for Oregon and Washington Growers

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has proposed a rule to modify the handling regulation for pears grown in Oregon and Washington, aiming to decrease pressure on early season Beurre D'Anjou pears and remove exemptions for small shipments of these pears.
