New Regulation Established to Combat Unfair Preferences Under Packers and Stockyards Act

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule outlining criteria for determining undue or unreasonable preferences and advantages in the livestock, meat, and poultry industry, in line with the 2008 Farm Bill.
