FSIS Requests Renewal of Information Collection for Customer Feedback on Service Delivery

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking to renew its approved information collection for qualitative customer and stakeholder feedback on its service delivery, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB regulations, with no changes to the existing collection.
