FSIS Publishes Updated Guideline for Industry Response to Customer Complaints of Contaminated Meat and Poultry Products

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has released an updated version of its guideline for the meat and poultry industry on handling customer complaints of products contaminated with foreign materials, following comments received on the original March 2019 version.
