US Department of Agriculture Approves Funding for Keystone XL Pipeline Infrastructure in South Dakota

The US Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service has approved funding for the construction of transmission and distribution lines to support five pump stations for the TransCanada XL Keystone Pipeline in South Dakota, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
