EPO to Expedite Opposition Proceedings in Parallel Court Cases

The European Patent Office (EPO) will now accelerate opposition proceedings if it is informed of parallel infringement or revocation proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) or a national court, aiming to streamline the process and reduce delays.
