US Navy to Grant Duchak Ventures Exclusive Patent License for Respirator Systems and Air Filter Media

The US Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Duchak Ventures, LLC, a non-exclusive license to use respirator systems, safety applications, and air filter media for public and commercial facilities in the United States. The license is related to two Navy-owned patents, including U.S. Patent No. 7,749,438 and U.S. Patent No. 7,754,145.
