U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel AMBUSH

The Maritime Administration, on behalf of the Secretary of Transportation, is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for the coastwise trade laws to allow the carriage of up to 12 passengers for hire on vessels three years old or more, specifically for the vessel AMBUSH.
