Administrative Waiver Request for Vessel EXILE: Public Comment Period Opened

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to grant an administrative waiver of U.S.-build requirements for a vessel, allowing it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, as long as it is three years old or more. The waiver would enable the operation of a specific service.
