U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel IMAGINATION

The Maritime Administration, on behalf of the Secretary of Transportation, is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for coastwise trade laws to allow a vessel, IMAGINATION, to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least three years old, in order to facilitate the proposed service.
