Nasdaq Grants Exemption to Three Subsidiaries for Rule Filing Requirements

Nasdaq ISE, LLC, Nasdaq GEMX, LLC, and Nasdaq MRX, LLC have been granted an exemption from rule filing requirements under Section 36(a) of the Exchange Act, allowing them to incorporate certain rules by reference.
