MERP Systems, Inc. to Receive Pesticide Data from EPA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will transfer pesticide-related information to MERP Systems, Inc. as part of a contract awarded to the company, enabling it to fulfill its obligations under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
