EPA Grants Exemption for Lignosulfonic Acid, Calcium, Comp. With 1,6 Hexanediamine Polymer With Guanidine Hydrochloride

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of a specific chemical compound used in pesticide formulations, following a petition submitted by Acadia Regulatory Consulting on behalf of Lidan, Inc. under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
