Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for MBB-BK 117 D-2 Helicopters

Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH is proposing a new airworthiness directive to replace the rescue hoist cable cut pushbutton flip guard on its MBB-BK 117 D-2 helicopters, following reports of unintended lifting of the flip guards, in order to correct an unsafe condition on these products.
