US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Large Diameter Welded Pipe Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that Indian large diameter welded pipe is being sold in the US at a price lower than its fair market value, based on sales from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017.
