US Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Chinese Large Diameter Welded Pipe Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that large diameter welded pipe imported from China is being sold in the US at a price lower than its true market value, and is inviting interested parties to comment on this preliminary determination, which covers the period from July 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017.
