EPA Proposes Affirmation of Texas Air Quality Plan and Invitation to Comment

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed affirmation of its 2017 approval of Texas' Regional Haze State Implementation Plan and Federal Implementation Plan, which aims to address Clean Air Act regional haze requirements.
