EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rules for 10 Chemical Substances Under TSCA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing significant new use rules (SNURs) for 10 chemical substances, requiring manufacturers and processors to notify the agency at least 90 days prior to commencing activities that are designated as significant new uses, in order to initiate EPA's evaluation of the intended use.
