DHS Proposes Modification to Transportation Security Enforcement Record System

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to update its Transportation Security Enforcement Record System to include records related to the TSA Insider Threat program and to modify routine uses, while also simplifying the notice's formatting and text.
