Navy Proposes Changes to Data Warehouse Business Intelligence System to Comply with OMB Circular A-108

The Department of the Navy is updating its Data Warehouse Business Intelligence System to include SPAWAR and its systems centers, and to align with OMB Circular A-108 requirements, in order to manage workforce education and training for its Acquisition, Cyber Security, and Information Warfare workforces.
