PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Survey of Multiemployer Pension Plan Withdrawal Liability Information

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking OMB approval to collect information from terminated and insolvent multiemployer pension plans to estimate its liabilities for financial statements, and is soliciting public comment on the request.
