Amendment of Class D and Class E Airspace; Pensacola, FL, and Establishment of Class E Airspace; Milton, FL

The FAA is amending Class D and Class E airspace at Choctaw Naval Outlying Field (NOLF) in Milton, FL, to enhance safety and management of IFR operations. This includes adjusting airport coordinates and establishing surface airspace when the air traffic control tower is closed.
