DOE Seeks Extension of Information Collection Request for Nuclear Technology Export Regulations

The Department of Energy has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend its information collection on Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities for three years, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to implement regulations on U.S. persons exporting unclassified nuclear technology and submitting reports to the DOE.
