Certification Notice-254: Panda Hummel Station LLC Submits Coal Capability Self-Certification

Panda Hummel Station LLC, the owner and operator of a new baseload electric generating powerplant, has submitted a self-certification of coal capability to the Department of Energy, as required by the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act.
