EPA to Extend Information Collection Request for TSCA Section 8(a) Preliminary Assessment Information Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of an existing information collection request, EPA ICR No. 0586.14, which is scheduled to expire on April 30, 2019, and is related to the TSCA Section 8(a) Preliminary Assessment Information Rule (PAIR).
