DHS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Information Collection for Nonimmigrant Worker Petitions

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public feedback on a proposed extension of a currently approved information collection for nonimmigrant worker petitions, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
