U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Comments on Permit Application for Chandler's Sand and Gravel Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting public comments on a permit application from Chandler's Sand and Gravel, LLC for a 10-year incidental take permit for the endangered least Bell's vireo, as part of the proposed Chandler's Sand and Gravel Project in Orange, California.
