EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Cross-State Air Pollution Rule and Texas SO2 Trading Programs for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request for public comment on a proposed extension of the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule and Texas SO2 Trading Programs, which is currently set to expire on October 31, 2018, and will now expire on an unspecified date after a 60-day public comment period.
