U.S. Department of the Treasury Corrects Clerical Error in 2018 Rule Removing Outdated Regulations

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has corrected a clerical error in a 2018 rule that removed outdated or superseded regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The error prevented two CFR sections from being removed, which were later corrected.
