US Department of Commerce Affirms Countervailing Duty on Chinese Steel Wheels

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that Chinese steel wheel manufacturers receive subsidies, and invites public comment on the decision, which covers the period from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017.
