U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel MIDNIGHT SUN

The U.S. Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for the coastwise trade laws to allow the MIDNIGHT SUN vessel to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least three years old.
