U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel MAKARA

The U.S. Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to grant an administrative waiver of the coastwise trade laws, allowing the MAKARA vessel to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is three years old or more, and is part of a proposed new service.
