U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel SAILFISH

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to grant an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirements of the coastwise trade laws, allowing the SAILFISH vessel to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least three years old.
