SEC Approves New Rule Change by The Depository Trust Company for Recovery & Wind-Down Plan

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by The Depository Trust Company (DTCC) to adopt a recovery and wind-down plan, as modified by Amendment No. 1, to enhance financial stability and improve market operations.
