EPA Seeks Public Comments on Diesel Fuel Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements Renewal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection request (ICR) for diesel fuel recordkeeping and reporting requirements, which is currently set to expire on March 31, 2019. The EPA will submit the ICR to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
