Louisiana Seeks Final EPA Approval for Hazardous Waste Program Changes

The State of Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality has submitted its application to the Environmental Protection Agency for final authorization of revised hazardous waste management regulations, which the EPA has deemed satisfactory and is now proposing to approve.
